... sunset but thunder was on the way. The wind was blowing east and the thunder was coming from the west. We went to bed pretty early with the thunder quickly approaching. We got dumped on pretty hard for about an hour. The wind blew water under our tent but we managed to stay pretty dry on top of our sleeping pads.
Day four of our trip we woke up and hung up the tent, sleeping bags, and anything else that got wet in the storm. We stayed around camp for awhile ...
