Vinci restaurant, and after that we listened to some nice music, then listened to some rock and roll where we saw Noel and Jennifer, Lia and Nicholas,doing some pretty good rock and roll, nice to see. Then about 2230 it was off to bed. What a massive day, full of nature, and certainly very memorable for us both. ... old guy leading a sing-along on the piano! Sawdust on the floor and a colourful menu (see pictures!). A must do in Juneau. Afternoon drinks at the Hoopers and dinner in the Bordeaux Room (finally tried the huge crab legs … very nice!). Anne & I then ventured on to the 50’s Music Trivia where we were pipped at the post by 1 point by a team of 5 vs our 2 wannabe’s! Fancy not paying ‘Twist Again’ for ‘Twist’ ...

... sea lions, puffins - all the regulars. We docked at 3:30, met our 3:45 shuttle to the airport and at 4:15 we were checking in for our 4:30 flight to Juneau and by 4:35 we were in the air. Flying in a five passenger Cessna is the way to go!

Our 25 minute flight took us back over the beautiful mountain range and just before arriving in Juneau Sue spotted a group of boats clustered in the bay. "Whale!" she shouted. Sure enough a humpback whale ...

... t-shirt and a book of paper dolls-Eskimos(she had seen the exact book on the ship and I said lets wait. It was $5 here so we got it, not sure how much it was on the ship) We spotted a penny machine, so we headed over to it. We chatted with the mom & daughter, who were on our ship, funny, we never saw them again.

We headed back to the Orca office and waited. I think we left about 10 mins late as we were waiting for someone. ...
