... new chef Nick is a wonderful addition; he moved to Anguilla from Las Vegas and was the chef at Koal Keel prior to joining Straw Hat. He is really good – another guy who gets up early and stays up late and takes pride in his work. ... 5 months of no diving! A really good company called Octopus diving who we managed to work into our schedule 4 different dives. On our 2nd dive we saw a turtle really close! Still looking for seahorses but nothing yet!
Our 3rd & 4th dives were spectacular. Seeing an Octopus was incredible and almost caused me to use up all my air it was that good.
