... we just relaxed at a local beach in Abraćo, which experienced beach goers don’t consider that good, but we thought it was nicer than many other beaches we have seen in the past. And in the evening we had a meal at a local bar.

Ilha Grande was a very nice tropical paradise island, which we enjoyed a lot. One thing we noticed that there were a lot of stray dogs in the island, but they were very friendly and not aggressive at all unlike in Bali where ...

... lots of tiny humming birds flitting around the feeders helping themselves to the nectar/sugar mixture. As well as the humming birds, there were a few other sorts, all competing for a taste of the sweet liquid! Day 11- I've been growing a beard for about 3 weeks now. I feel like a new man. A seedy man. Might have a shave tonight. Arrived at Ilhe Grande this arvo. Rocked up by boat. Everything looked fake. Too good to be true. Biergarten Hostel. As soon as I walked into the hostel my first thought was small Big Brother house.
