    ... the same question. Well with partners in crime... Why not?? We climbed the fence and absolutely enjoyed the path that we had entirely to ourselves. There was a bit of a landslide that we had to traverse, but definitely nothing life threatening. We didn't even encounter any trail police!     ... mile. A spectacular location and choppy seas combined to make it a fun event. I swam well in the half mile but then I had nothing left for the mile half an hour later. Afterwards we enjoyed the sunny weather, a pasta party lunch of Trofie al Pesto (a regional speciality) and a ride through Genova and over the unavoidable mountain range on the way back to Milan.
