Today was a slow start, once we were all ready we headed down to a nearby cafe for breakfast, all chose the full English breakfast which certainly hit the spot. After breakfast we headed off in search of the Franz Kafka mechanical statue, that we had seen on our driving tour. Franz Kafla was a well known Czech author, who I can honestly say I had never heard of before.

... the footwork and erratic steering, while we relaxed in the sun. We pedaloed up and down the murky river under Charles Bridge and tried to feed bread to a bunch of disinterested ducks and swans. I think the Vlatava just gained a whole load of soggy bread to add to its murkiness.

At the time of its construction it was quite controversial among most residents, but is now recognized for the landmark it has become. Take the elevator to the observation deck level, step onto the mirrored floor as you take in the expansive view, and you'll feel like dancing too.
