The cuisine was up to standard with the usual. Most importantly, there were 6 different cakes on offer. Juice, followed by cereal & yoghurt and the main course of scrambled egg with ham and tiny sausages. Coffee was accompanied by 5 of the 6 cakes - I didn't see the 6th - up tomorrow.

... of doing what we wanted, when we wanted without a schedule or fixed itinerary. We enjoyed staying in pensions, B&Bs & guest houses, where we met very interesting & proud locals. We met many travellers & enjoyed hearing about their journeys. This type of travel may not be for everyone, but it is for us.

in the middle of the square. I ordered the schnitzel and potato salad (as
recommended by the Melbourne couple next to us) and we then headed across the
Charles Bridge to see the gothic churches.
We finally headed back to the hostel around 8 and went
straight to bed for some much needed rest.
