First off thanks to everyone who have been leaving comments. It's great to hear from you. I want to apologize for some of the blogs. I noticed that some of the sentences don't make sense. It's the damn autocorrect. Plus the Internet is dodgy (unreliable or unavailable or both) so I'm rushing to get the blogs out when the opportunity arises. I don't …

We already seem to be spending a great deal of time on busses but Australia is a huge continent. Now I get the phrase "No pain, no gain". We left early to travel to Airlie Beach. We stopped in the city of Tully which boasts of being the wettest place in Australia. There is a big gumboot (rubber boot) in the middle of town with water levels marked …

The band was great but eventually it was time to move along. It seemed only right to finish where we started and we returned to Magnums for ...

... began. Being out on the beautiful ocean with the wind in our hair and surrounded by the amazing scenery was amazing. Sunset from the boat was equally beautiful. We put anchor down in a small bay area for the night and slept on the boat. Up early the next day we set sail again for Whitehaven beach on Whitsunday Island. As we set the anchor down we were treated to the sight of sea turtles coming up for air! The sand on the beach was the ...

... I realise he was clearly a drug dealer I was just too naive to notice!!!) playing enticed him in. There was a little bridge (even Rafe had to duck to get under) so I was commando crawling and crow/squat walking to follow him and did my knee in, in the process. It was agony for a few days but seems to have eased again now which is Bon. The food was also really good and we had a lovely supper and good healthy brekkie before heading to the airport for our flight to ...
