After a couple of attempts later I still didn't feel comfortable breathing underwater and decided to skip the rest of that dive. This whole experience was very traumatic for me so I do not remember everything clearly, but I ...

... her time on the Banda beaches looking for shells, unfortunately most of the good ones had been taken up as residents by hermit crabs, sometimes there numbers where so great that it felt like the whole beach was moving. I even found one that had taken up home in a clear plastic pen lid. Golden orb spiders where to be found often in small colonies with their golden webs spanning the over head power cables. Or stretched across a path, where you only noticed it when it was wrapped around ...

      Planning a Thai cooking lesson

A travel blog entry by gonetraveliving on Dec 18, 2013

The weather this morning was very overcast so we decided to sleep in, no beach today. We went shopping for groceries at Big C Shopping Centre and went for coffee at Simply Delicious. We just got back from shopping when Natty (pronounced Nutty) came by to arrange Adri's Thai cooking lesson. She lives in the complex and works as a spa manageress ...
