Some of you may be surprised I have 2 sisters – Lynn and Lisa. We have the same dad. I have only gotten to know Lynn in the last 12 years. Although the age gap, distance and world traveling kept us apart I'm eternally thankful we have reunited. The more time we spend the more we see just how alike we really are – fashion/style, artistic sense, music, travel, humor, work ethic, men, free spirit, energetic, ...

We are leaving beautiful Chicago today and are headed for Detroit Motor City! To sum up the Windy City: Not so windy - people have terrible taste in sneakers and jeans - superb pizza - amazing music history but best of all, the people are so welcoming and friendly that even the beggars wish you a wonderful day every time you pass them ...

... I am HOME! We waited for our luggage for what seemed like forever. After some bags started coming, the belt just stopped with half the plane empty handed. We asked a guy walking around and he said, "Your bags are in London". I'm sorry, WHAT? Did I mention that it was almost two hours after we landed when we got this little piece of information. I wanted to cry. We went through customs and sat in a ridiculous line until we got the forms for lost baggage. Courtney ...

... for 1, 2, 5 days. The one day pass is for 24 hours, which allows you to take as many "rides" as you need. At $2 per ride, it's a good deal. HOWEVER, don't be stupid and stick it in the money slot on the bus, like I did. You'll lose it. Yes, I was not a happy camper and started to cry - big baby. PMS for sure. The bus driver gave me a pass for a free trip, but it still didn't make up for losing my $5 pass. I got over it and bought another one. ...
