Leaving Selcuk we headed to Oludinez, stopping at Pammukkale which is famous for is calcium carbonate rock formations. The highlight was probably when Floyd ignored the no entry sign and stacked it in a dirty pool of water in her jeans!

... Iznik. People continued to be very friendly and helpful (with the rare exception), and often were interested in having a good conversation. Since they usually spoke no English, this turned into a creative charades challenge, with no way of knowing if you got it right in the end.
