... bus to the park but all in all it was not too bad. We headed straight for the river rapids and on our way to the entrance we spotted a bunch of Mexicans hanging out at the top of a 40 foot pole and spinning around... crazy stuff. the river rapids were fortunately not too crowded for the gentle (if a little cold!) coast through to the opposite end of the park. After scuba diving it was an odd experience to use shorter fins and I think I would have preferred to run on my ...

Every Monday there is all you can eat spareribs night at Kelly's. So we all went there to get some of the famous spareribs. Woke up with no hangover (my liver is definitely handling drinks way too well...). We had decided to splash out on the private transportation to Chichen Itza / Playa del Carmen so we got a nice bus for our last transfer. First stop was Chichen Itza (chicken pizza as Ernesto says...), wow whole different world, much more touristy than the previous ruins we had visited and pretty much full of cheesy American tourists. We got ...
