At 3am I was sitting on the couch downloading the manual to the washing machine! Anyway, because it all took a while it meant our departure from Jerusalem was delayed a bit which none of us were sad about. We also spent a bit of time at the post office posting things home so in the end we didn’t have ...

In what will no doubt go down as probably the highlight of the trip, hell - the year, we spent 18 hours on a bus going from Luxor across the Sinai Peninsula to Dahab. It wasn't exactly 40 years searching for a land of milk and honey, but the less said about the bus trip the better.
