    ... and it looks like they have been busy! .. I was only gone for a year and there are new places all over the strip. ... and by the looks of it, more to come. Jim had mentioned a place called "Twin Peaks" .... which is on the second level of the Mile shops so we head there.

    ... and the concierge waves us in the direction of check in. Casino as far as you can see. We check in and the girl upgrades us to a tower room. The room is great and the view is of the four swimming pools. We have showers and explore the hotel. It is bigger than some towns we have been to and has everything you can think of.     ... we were trying to check in and he said "You have to go around again and keep to the outside lane." So I did. As soon as I pulled in to reception (it wasn't really full) a valet grabbed my keys and bundled our luggage out to a bell hop who took us into reception. I have no idea where the car went. The check in line was quite long (about 8 couples) and the lobby very noisy with lots of people milling around. We checked in OK to room 2912.

    ... while Danny and Robyne missed the plane by 5 minutes.

    Unfortunately Danny and Robyne had to reschedule a couple of flights and stay in Minneapolis the night instead of Vegas. When we all reunited once again the following morning we had just over 24hrs to show Danny and Robyne one of the craziest cities in the world.
