The Blue Lagoon Resort is perfect! Beautiful beach, pool and surroundings. Great for a peaceful getaway. Staff are so friendly and always willing to help you, management are lovely, the villas are perfect (spacious and clean), plus the food is AMAZING! Cannot fault this resort, I would recommend anyone to come here. Thank you to all the staff and management for making it a fabulous stay!

We had a wonderful stay there, the resort is not too big. You get into contact easily with nice people. The staff does a super job with the week programme they have.
The beach is wonderful. And the reef for snorkelling close.
BUT one thing: They should tell everybody on their arrival, what a reef is, that it's not stone , what they see underwater, but coral. NOT TO STEP ON CORAL. NO WAY. YOU KILL IT.
People are very careless. Don't let paradise be spoilt!!!

This morning I ordered room service to start my day. What a great decision. Waffles with strawberries and scrambled eggs and bacon.I was told by the resort staff that I could hire snorkelling equipment at reception. With a full stomach I put on my swimmers and made my way to the Eight Month Beach. The sand was bright yellow and the water was so …

BULA FROM FIJI :) currently lying on the beach the sun isn't out but it's still 30 degrees so no complaints! We've had a a great first week in this beautiful country. We set off for the islands on Monday morning after 2 nights on the mainland. First stop was Blue Lagoon Resort ( 4 1/2 hours from mainland). After a fairly 'bumpy' ride we got off the …

Spent the day lazing around in hammocks and beanbags by the sea :) there were quite a few downpours and some strong winds at times but this didn't bother me and Darren as we needed to stay out the sun for our skin - poor Darren is burnt everywhere people keep commenting!

Went down for brekkie just after 8am - they have a good range of food including toast, cereal, muffins, cake, croissants, fruit and omelets. I was obviously full after indulging yet again! Got to chill in a hammock on the beach by the sea for the first time ever - was awesome! :) we then took a nice walk along the beach before sunbathing on the …

Woke up at 6am for the included pancake brekkie at 6.30 - yum! Got on a coach at 7am to take us to Port Denarau where we got on a boat (named Ocean Dreaming) to go to Nacula island at 8.30am. Didn't realise my booking also included seats in the Captains lounge which was a lot nicer!

Our boat journey took around 5 hours and we went through …
