    ... 9pm and dark by the time I got to my hotel in Turks and Caicos, so I didn’t see much from the taxi ride or when flying in. But waking up late the next morning and looking out from my balcony, I was not disappointed by the hotel complex and the indirect view I have of the ocean.     After uneventful (and half empty) flights from Philly, we arrived in Provo mid-afternoon.The water was stunning as we came in for a landing. My criteria for selecting an island were crystal clear, calm waters and soft sand. And that's what I saw out the window.
