Taking a Break from tourism

Today we had a low key day and took a break from seeing the sights. We first watched 'the minions' movie (ok, but not as good as expected/hoped for) and then spent the afternoon at the local swimming pool. In the evening we ate at a Mexican restaurant and were able to try a wide range of 'Moles' (sauces). We left feeling very stuffed. I think we'll all sleep very well ...

... a nicer venue located in an almost hidden area very close to the original. The Red Iguana's claim to fame is their collection of mouthwatering moles which is their signature showcase and a tribute to Mexico's national dish. After a 45 minute wait, we are seated and ask for the “Mole Sampler” which is a complimentary dish containing a few tablespoons of each of their mole sauces:

... a seemingly odd parallel You could compare SLC with Dubai as it is a shining example of how a city can be 'managed' in order to maintain order. The result is a safe, clean, and friendly place to live. Restaurants have a strange system in the US. Halfway through your meal the waiter/waitress asks if you will be having a desert ? If you say 'no', they bring the 'check' (bill) to the table, but tell you there is no hurry ! Well, as they say here .......'Have a beautiful rest of your day'! ...

... I didnt have it serviced fully - extortionate prices!. Bob payed a similar price and Tony who had caught up with us paid190 dollars as his bike needed a very minor repair.
