I leave for Central America in 3 days to do on Frontiers Central America Trail, I am so so excited!

We fly into Mexico City then make our way down through Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua and finish with 4 weeks on a conservation project in Costa Rica.

Hopefully I will keep this up to date to share my travels and photos, if and when I get wifi! Enjoy!

... I set the beepers off. That was interesting.. You have to stand like a starfish, hands in the air above your head and legs so far apart you're almost in the splits. (Ok, slight exaggeration ;-)) and now we're sitting having breakfast and the biggest glass of orange juice. Onwards to Budapest we ...

... the trip was to look at the architecture we decided our time would best be spent with another day in Edinburgh. After breakfast the boys headed off to have hair cuts. The impact of the haircuts cannot be underestimated - Ian's beard had not been trimmed for over two months. I couldn't stop laughing when they returned. Ed said his dad looked at least five years younger (or maybe four months) and Ian wants to go back to the London Transport ...

... They circle around in the air and then dive straight down into the water at speeds of 60km or more. I'd say this is a must-see attraction in Scotland if the birds are there. It was awe-inspiring to see so many of the same species all in one spot co-existing together.

After the ride, Kara was soaking wet and I was perfectly dry. Luck of the draw with the suits I guess. It lasted about an hour and was worth every penny. I've found on this ...

... seafront and the girls picked some sea shells before we headed back to the train station and our evening train ride back to Edinburgh. It had been a long day and we were all very tired. The train was delayed slightly but we made it back in time for supper. We headed to Nandos where we all had a great meal and then we wandered back to the hotel, with a stop at Sainsbury's to pick up some breakfast items for tomorrow.
