I leave for Central America in 3 days to do on Frontiers Central America Trail, I am so so excited!
We fly into Mexico City then make our way down through Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua and finish with 4 weeks on a conservation project in Costa Rica.

... They circle around in the air and then dive straight down into the water at speeds of 60km or more. I'd say this is a must-see attraction in Scotland if the birds are there. It was awe-inspiring to see so many of the same species all in one spot co-existing together.

Then back home in the rain- our jackets were mighty waterlogged by this time! And what were we to find upon arriving back? Everyone was already asleep in the dorm. Lame. So we just changed into jammies and slunk into bed.

... seafront and the girls picked some sea shells before we headed back to the train station and our evening train ride back to Edinburgh. It had been a long day and we were all very tired. The train was delayed slightly but we made it back in time for supper. We headed to Nandos where we all had a great meal and then we wandered back to the hotel, with a stop at Sainsbury's to pick up some breakfast items for tomorrow.
