... the Opera House yet again. But, it happened. What a gorgeous sunset! Tonight's location was Mrs. McQuarie's Point.

I spotted a few bats on the nearby trees but there wasn't enough light to take a photo of them.

The harbor was also the backdrop to my workout this evening -- there's nothing like doing push ups on a park bench while looking at the harbor and Opera House ...

Adelaide city center seemed pretty small to me but unfortunately the first and only night we spent there I fell over awkwardly whilst steaming drunk and broke my left hand. The day set aside for exploring the city I ended up spending nearly entirely in the hospital.

... leave at 17.30 on the 4th of April but my parent’s flight was scheduled for 13.30 so we decided just to go with them to the airport and say goodbye over there. We had a late breakfast and left the apartment at around 10.00. We took a taxi that drove us to the airport charging us something around AUD 50. We did the check-in not only for my parents but also for us, so four of us could pass through the international police and say goodbye right at the boarding gate. ...

... was jam packed! I had a really good time and met some lovely people that made it fun too! I even had an offer of a place to stay in Melbourne if I go there which is lovely. Now I'm actually out on the road I've met a lot more people doing the same as me so I think I'll be meeting everyone along the way which is nice. I'm going to spend the last couple of hours on the coach having a nap, I don't think a Saturday night in Byron bay will be a quiet one! Peace out ...

... the city and harbour. The guide takes loads of photos as you're not allowed to carry any objects that are not strapped to your body. Water fountains are dotted over the bridge so that you don't even carry water with you. It's windy up there, so things would easily blow away, even yourself, so you're strapped to a safety line.
