Saturday declared a day of rest, so housekeeping etc in morning & another visit to Macquarie Park shopping centre. After dinner got settled to watch the Bombers, how dismal was that!!

... of Sydney. We were not able to find any
parking (and we now have a 9 seater van). I frantically called the
owner to ask where to park our van but could not reach her. I texted and
emailed, but to no avail. We found a paid 2-hour parking spot nearby and
unloaded our bags. We settled into our 10 day stay at the apartment
that sleeps 6. The bedrooms were fine. But quickly found other things
were missing. We only had 2 bistro chairs and a tiny ...

... her bags fell off her trolley. Then into the queue for Immigration, then security, and then straight onto the A380 to Row 82, seats D, E, F & G - not even enough time to take a photo of the plane! 9:50am SYD to 6:30am LAX So we settled in for the 14 hours of eating, drinking, snacking, music, movies, TV and the odd nap or two until we reached LAX.
