We have been daring and booked a hotel in New York City. Comfort Inn at Manhattan Bridge. They gave a good rate for a 3 night stay, Friday night to Monday morning. They have parking attached and Wes feels he should be able to drive us there. We will have our walking shoes on to cover all the sights. Will even go out at night!

At North Adams, we took out money from a drive through ATM. We have seen lots of these as well as drive through tellers and pharmacies. It makes sense when the snowy weather arrives.

When we arrived home, our whole family came to help us celebrated with pizza and wings.
Our grandsons came the next day to help us unpack. This was very much appreciated.

... is little known even within New York State. The vast majority of the bottles are sold cellar door and are only just being marketed to New York restaurants. We bought only a few bottles knowing they had to be drunk by Chicago (where we have an internal flight). The scenery was interesting with lots of elegant old farmhouse scattered around.
