9:00pm: SUCCESS! VICTORY! I spent so much time worrying on my American Airlines flight, and rightfully so--they didn't seat me according to my preferences (given at booking), as well as my vegetarian meal preference. It was only by chance (50/50) that I chose the cheese omelet for breakfast and not the pancakes, which were piled on slabs of ham.
