Venison: Hunting in Austria is a big deal. Its for noblesman, it takes a very long time to become a hunter, you have to study and learn everything about the forests. You are then sort of responsible for the forests and the animals in them. You are like a steward of the forests. I love this idea. ... noticed a flyer advertising bus tickets to Slovakia for only 9 euro! So this solved the problem of where to go next! I will be on my way to Bratislava, Slovakia today and I managed to talk Kerri into going as well. She has a train pass so she will be leaving a little later than I but we plan on meeting at a hostel in Bratislava sometime this evening.
