... we went out for dinner at a restaurant I had spied on our travels into the city which was a walk of about a kilometre. The restaurant was called the Imperial hotel and I can thoroughly recommend it if just for the look inside. It was an Art Deco interior with the walls and ceilings totally tiled with various mosaics adorning the walls. ... as large as the palace itself. We had a nice walk around the outside and admired the plants though the windows since there was an admission fee. We don't mean to sound too frugal. We decide not to enter certain attractions mostly based on our gut feeling on whether we would really enjoy it or not. We both felt that the fee to enter was too steep for an attraction of its nature.

Our journey to Prague saw us taking private cars from Krakow to a train station about 2 hours from Krakow then boarding a train for the remainder of the journey to Prague. We arrived in Prague around 1 in the afternoon in time for lunch before our walking tour. Lunch....Dinko says when in Prague pork knuckle is the tradition.
