Caye Caulker certainly had the laid back feel we were hoping to start out with.... it just took a day or so to find. About 12 hours of traveling later, we took one of the only open hostels we could find: Bella's Backpacking. Word to the wise: stay away! It was an overcrowded party spot with loud music all night long. Needless to say we got out quick!
