... 4km to the east of the cottage. It is a small town with many fine stone buildings with a rebuilt castle & a fine church & several pubs. We invested our 20p (50c) for 2 hours parking which is virtually never free in the UK & wandered around the town to find a cafe serving excellent coffee & wi-fi access. We googled places to eat and walked around the downtown to the restaurant. Unfortunately, no reservation, no joy. We bought a bottle of red wine and picked up a pizza and returned to our room that overlooks the Irish Sea and watched the sun ...

Spent a few days in the late summer at our house in Wales. We watched the dolphin spotting boat go out from the pier and the tide coming in. Ate ice cream on the front looking at the boats and visited the next village up the coast to have a beer in the Harbourmaster. To finish the day and the summer white wine in the front ...
