Weiter ging es Richtung Fredericton, der Hauptstadt von New Brunswick. Das war wirklich hübsch, der kurze Rundgang hat sich auf jeden Fall gelohnt.

At our breakfast table this morning, we were delighted to meet Peter (from Vancouver), a gentle young man visiting Saint John to help his mother-in-law move and Earl and Dianna from Kamloops. We had lunch and dinner at Jordon Pond. We were served popovers, a tradition at this spot for over 100 years. Popovers are basically the same as Yorkshire pudding but sweeter. They are served with butter and strawberry jam and absolutely yummy!

I wanted to try a lobster roll while I was there. A lobster roll is lump lobster mixed with mayo and some other seasonings in a hot dog bun. We had ours at the Lobster Shack. We met up with Debi, our Maine organizer, after Colby for an event she had scheduled at U of M, Farmington.
