... missed our train to Brussels. We had to get a later train and so arrived in Brussels a bit late. Ben and Jon were pretty tired but happy to be in Brussels. That night, after the boys were in bed, Mum and Dad watched the Concert de Paris on TV and saw an amazing fireworks display from the Eiffel Tower for Bastille Day. There was a party on the street on which we were staying which went into the early hours of the morning. Vive la ...

... I'm sure we'll pick up more by the time we leave, because it's Belgium and that's what you should do! There are tons of stands and little shops selling Belgian waffles too, and you can smell them when you're walking around. Everyone here seems to eat them like a sundae - piled high with fruit, chocolate sauce and whipped cream. We're not huge sugar people (although our chocolate purchases tell a different story) so we got ...

... triple wow, now I am used to attracting this caliber of cattle but for John rather a special occasion. OGA said she wanted to help as she had a spare train ticket to central station and wanted to help someone out with it - sorry god for being so nasty to you. OGA purchased the other ticket required and like two little boys that had spilt the cream had us soon dividing the crowd and on our way. Once she found out that we were Aussies well I declare OGA also felt ...
