... great views back over Kata, Karon and Patong, with long tail boats resting off each beach. Some bloke tries a scam job by asking to do a survey, but I don't give him my name. Hopefully he can't track us, probably selling a time share thing or something. Should have picked him a bit earlier, and, I did get the evil eye from Genelle - she figured out his game early.
Next stop is the Phuket Shooting Club, Mark, Pauline and I decide we're in and we sign up to shoot the 9mm ...

... to say goodbye to Wat and the girls, but Ivan and Vlad just couldn't seem to get themselves out of the pool!! We went out to dinner with Pete and Tenille, a couple from Sydney whom we both met in the pool last year. ... We'd met some dudes in the pool who were getting ink done that day and invited us down for a BBQ. We played a game where Vlad won $100, so he had to ring the bell and shout the bar a round of Jäger bombs. Daz lost a connect 4 game to one of the girls which meant he had to ring the bell as well. More jäger bombs!!! Ivan couldn't be left out, so he stripped to his jocks and danced on the bar. Later it was into Bangla road and another big night ...

... else in Phuket we've travelled they were well behaved and only interested in the food offered them. At the Big Buddha they were quite aggressive and we saw a couple of instances where monkeys jumped on people and tried to take something from then. When opposed, they reacted quite aggressively.
