Sleepy Bizerte
I visited Bizerte in the off season, just before the summer. It is exceptionally windy there and the more ideal places to holiday are in the southern coast. Make sure to visit the northern most tip of Africa which is found along the road that hugs the coastline. There are also plenty of coffee shops but the town is definitely quiet and sleep this time of year.
