Mimi and I met up Wednesday for dinner and she took me to a hot pot place. I've had what is called a hot pot in the US but I have never been to a place where you have your own individual pot to cook your food. Although I normally wouldn't enjoy having to cook my own food, it was definitely an experience and had fun cooking.
