Un samedi au mont orford.... On l'avait fait cet hiver (rando en raquettes), nous y voici en "été", si on peut appeler ça l'été...
Beaucoup de pluie les jours précédents: les sentiers de rando sont très boueux...C'est trop chiant, alors on abandonne la rando...

... was not only long and rickety in appearance it was also EXTREMLY HIGH!!! We decided to take a hike so we could cross the amazing bridge the girls passed first, no problem. Colette on the other hand was a different story, she was glued to dad, eyes closed and insisted that the two girls carry her ½ pound water bottle for fear that it would way her down….sure way the kids down…sheeshh what a "great" mom. Anyways we all survived….come to think of ...

Tomorrow...already! I can't believe it..! Time went by so fast! I still have a lot to do....And a big challenge..! Trying to put all my clothes and stuff in my 60liters back pack! I'm leaving for approximately 4 months so you can imagine that it is hard to choose what to bring or not..! I'm excited! but nostalgic also...I had a good time with all my friends..and loved ones before leaving ...

Salut tout le monde Et c'est un départ... Je quitte une bonne fois pour toute le 1420 Rue Latérière... Que de souvenir. C'était vraiment mon chez moi. J'ai tellement de souvenir de cette endroit. ... we have to watch our spending on food to make our dollars go further. Simple breakfasts of fresh local fruit - apples and blueberries right now - and sandwiches for lunch. The van is working well and the fridge, although tiny, has proved useful for storing daily provisions. We feel like we are on a week-end camping trip! Our next stop is Quebec City.

Marie et les filles passent la semaine a Sherbrooke avec Grand-Mamie. Beaucoup de visites a divers endroits dans la region de Sherbrooke. Samedi, des amis de longue date sont venus de Gatineau pour passer l`apres-midi avec les filles. Une belle apres-midi avec Anne, Michel et Aurelie.

Well after a month of being in Lac-Supèrieur I finally continued the journey eastward.
