Plymouth, Plymouth, United Kingdom pandakid... the projects you work on. But the more I surfed, the worse it got. Travellers' tales of entire days lost following binges on "Happy pizza" in Phnom Penh, and the horrors of cold water bucket showers and hole-in-the-ground loos in Tamil Nadu, all but put us off completely.

Fortunately I stumbled upon a small charity called Globalteer, which supports community and wildlife projects in Colombia, Peru, Thailand and Cambodia. Totally ...
Stoke Gabriel, Devon, England, United Kingdom conchwillowI had an extra long surf first thing in the morning before we headed off. Although it was small in I really enjoyed it. I had tried to convince Kim to stay for the forcasted HUGE swell in 2 days time but I knew that we had places to go and things to see and that it really was not on the cards. So it was time to head back east.
<br ...

Totnes, England, United Kingdom artell... there is know way of identifying the others.
There was no street lights outside our caravan or to the lane that run along side it, so all i saw was 2 fights going on outside my van and heard a lot of screaming, until i realised it was my children being beaten up. My eldest had 4 lads on top of him!!!!

The caravan we were staying in was discusting. The small rooms were mouldy and damp ...
Torquay, England, United Kingdom bambam42... hour! Luckily we had plenty of time anyway since the flight was scheduled quite a bit later.
Once on the coach (a whole hour and fifteen minutes later) I fell asleep in no time. So so tired!

At the moment I am sitting in seat 70D which is the last row of seats in the plane and I will be sat here for the next 11 hours. So far Thai boxing and the Phi Phi Islands have been recommended. I hope to visit both of them.

And the adventure has begun..."
Exmouth, England, United Kingdom pickmoredaisies... rubber foot hold - there went attempt one! My Grandfather had to take the boat back to the cottage, where he made a replacement 'Frankenstein' ski, from bits of other ski's they had spare (there wasn't another fully assembled one). When he returned, I had another go, but after two tries to get up, the rubber broke again! I'm sure I could have gone pro, if it weren't for that shonky equipment ...
