    ... are out by the thousands, eating, drinking, smoking and connecting with their neighbors. Such a vital time at night. But with our long day we decided to just go out from 7:30 - 10:30pm then head back to our hotel and into bed. Chris' pedometer marked we walked 11 kilometers today. And now my feet feel like it.     ... On the way we past a few small towns and lakes including a dam called the Marbacher Stausee, which is a popular, motorcycle meeting point. Eventually we popped out the other side at Eberbach and drove back through the Neckar Valley towards Heidelberg.

    The notice in the hotel lift of the one hour summer time change did not go up until after 11 pm last nite when we got home, so we were up and raring to go an hour early.
