    ... rock melon, grapes etc. There is a calvery that serves different meat each night, tonight was roast pork, last night it was beef, but there are many other dishes to chose from as well. There is quite a lot of Italian food as the cruise company is Italian but they also try and cater to western tastes too.     Today we had an early start so that we could visit Pompei on our way to Rome. The bus journeys are becoming rather long and boring as I can't do anything in them as it makes me sick. I spend most of my time sleeping in an awkward position. We have rest stops every 2.5 hours which makes the day seem even longer. We arrived in Pompei around lunchtime and had a guided tour of the ruins. Our tour guide was a bit difficult to understand as he had a very think accent. This ruins are still ...

    ... demonstration??? I was like a moth to flame! There were TV cameras and correspondents but we couldn't understand what they were saying. It looked like thy were following a politician who was very handsome but that's all I got from the crowd. The only thing we bought in Bari was rum gelato for 2 euros. It was amazing! Mike hasn't been feeling too good today (acid reflux we think) so there are no crazy shena****ns to report. Sorry! ...
