    ... fun that we met up again the next day for more of the same. Of course, I had to show off my gym bod to everyone, and flop and float around in the ocean too. Ha! Then, it was off to the Twist to see friends and hang out. Good times seeing them again and sharing some laughs.

    Besides da beach, I spent a lot of time at The Tropics Hotel/Hostel. They do have a fantastic pool and the people this time were exceptionally awesome. I didn't even manage to go walking ...

    ... t believe the amount of security they had. Not sure they'd have the same for Cameron!
    And then that was it...a long BA night flight, a couple of movies, some disgusting airline food and before we knew it our holiday was over. So much has been seen and done - Disney, Harry Potter, dolphins, crocodiles, beaches, views...a real once in a lifetime family trip. The kids and the adults all had an absolute ball.

    Let's go to the beach...then let's fly away!

    ... Santiago. He explains that I have to get a taxi which has been arranged and just need to tell them my name. I find out later that he came yesterday to pick me up at the airport as arranged but since I missed my connection I wasn't there obviously. But the reason why he couldn't pick me up today was that in Ecuador certain number plates can only drive on certain days. This is to prevent traffic and if you are caught driving ...
