We were awake fairly early so were on the road by 9.30am in the rain for the 168 miles to home, which unfortunately due to traffic hold-ups took us nearly 5 hours. Once home we just unloaded the food and clothes, and left the rest for another day.
An enjoyable end to the season, now it's time to put Juliette to bed and start thinking about what we would like to do next year.

Friday..was moving day..all of 2 pitches! We had originally thought of going to a pub for the night, but the wardens offered us a grass pitch that had become available, so we opted to stay another night. Once we had sorted ourselves out, we just went for a wander along to the village for a newspaper and some mushrooms to go in the casserole for dinner, then back to read our books.
