I'm normally an old building/old castle kind of guy, but after waiting in line for 90 minutes just for tickets, and then having to walk to an elevation of about 30000 feet just to get in the door, I expected a little more. The lady that told us about the Monastery, also told us about Füssen and the Castle which is apparently Walt Disney's inspiration for Cinderella's Castle, we thought we would go have a look....

We arrived at around 1pm, the place was packed, car parks were full etc. etc.

... Glenn was doing big panic about missing tour. Finally we got on a very cramped bus and made our way up to the castle. Hooray, they let us go on a later tour. Today was our one and only day in Austria. We didn't have to be at breakfast until 8am so we got to sleep in. But of course I got up at 6am and went on a run around Seefeld(aka the town I'm staying in). Our first stop today was Wilten Basilica. It was beautiful! Next we went to the historic Winter Olympic Games site. We got to see where the ski jumping events took place. We had free time in Innsbruck to walk around and shop.
