After another lovely breakfast with typical German breads - Christian, Craig and I went on a countryside bike ride. This was cool. We felt like typical Europeans riding the 'sit up properly bikes with baskets'. We discovered many lanes and country homesteads. Another fancy breakfast today compliments of the Asmis family. Christian kindly drove Birthe Andreas and I to the Paderborn market. This was in the area we visited on Thursday. As it was a fine day it was a lot busier - I bought vegetables and flowers and fish for tea. Plenty of produce for sale as well as plenty of bread and bakery items.
