... cafÚ at the bottom of the cascades was already open, but there were only a few crazy winter joggers around. The view back up to the top was amazing, but we had much more to discover. You can sort of imagine what it must be like in the summertime, when the water is cascading all the way down, but in winter it was also cool. AfhU

Not far away were some waterfalls, which look awesome ...

... by 8pm we eventually got asked to leave, we staggered the short walk back to the van to have dinner, which by now a few drinks on we desperately needed. After dinner Neil took Rory for a walk and somehow came back covered in mud.... He had fallen down a ditch, boy do we wish we'd seen this! The best drunken mishap of the tour so far. ... tired legs in Christian's 'red chair'. This afternoon we packed our bags to catch the train to Dusseldorf. We were sad to leave Christian and Karin and are so grateful for their 'hostility' and for welcoming us into their home. Christian drove the four of us to Paderborn train station for the 2 hour ride.
