This was built as the Summer Palace for Hapsburg Empress Maria and was only used for four months of the year. Day trip to Bratislava, Slovakia today! Only 60km for Vienna, the Slovak capital is an easy day trip away by boat along the Danube, the train or the bus. It's a small city but quite nice.
