    ... to us all.

    Mum came up to join us at lunch time and we ate a mountain of food. Trystan even broke the golden rule and ate venison on Xmas Day (he said Rudolph was quite tasty!).

    After returning home we had a quiet arvo with some board game playing, movie watching and book reading. Due to our misjudgement of the shut shops, dinner was a rather pathetic affair of 'old ...

    ... We ended the day with a family run down a red together. Trystan’s control came to the fore as he played ‘mother duck’ at the front of the line and I made the most of my strengths by being the one that got to shoot off ahead to catch any child how broke formation and worked up a bit too much speed.

    It’s been such a fantastic week… really the best… and blessedly injury free ...

    ... of skiing. I LITERALLY stacked it about 40 times on that 1 run. I could turn to the left and traverse safely but then I usually started to gain a bit too much speed so my turn back to the right ended up a full speed skaters pivot resulting in the same part of my right hip and butt cheek slamming down EVERY time!
