    The Beginning

    ... with friends, buskers, waffles, and chocolate pretty much sums up our visit to this small student town. It's been a relaxing way to kick off our year. I look forward to heading back to Belgium for Rock Werchter in June!! The line up is insane and we've made new friends to come back and visit with.

    P.S. Leuven's scarf game is on another level.

    ... town. The weather has been beautiful, 70s and sunny, and reminds me of Pennsylvania in the spring.

    Sadly, I am miserable at dutch. The roman language tongue does nothing for me here.

    Yesterday I went to three countries (!). I'll write more later and put up some pictures. Getting rushed out the door now.

    ... We are experiencing all the seasons in one day. Brilliant! We just drive past Stuttgart Football Arena - looks unreal. Te boys are happy we just had lunch and we got lucky and found a subway on the service station! Lots of snow in St. Polten but looking lovely as always. Really nice hotel.     ... our services, we asked the concierge for a restaurant recommendation & he sent us to a nearby French/Belgian restaurant. The food was reasonably priced & delicious! I had salmon & Kareem had lamb. We walked back to our hotel around 11:15 pm & fell right to sleep.
