    ... supermarket across street was very useful there was fridge in room so we stocked up with yoghurts, drinks, and salads etc. we enjoyed walk to palace and main square, and took train to the Atomium where we got some great iconic pictures.     ... trying to find certain places, before settling on a place recommended to us by our hosts at the apartment called De Musselkelder. We had a great 3 course meal – vegetable soup, and pate for entrée, lemon sole with muscles and prawns in oyster sauce, and Flemish beef stew for main, and Belgian waffels and icecream for dessert. Of course we had Belgian beer to accompany the food – the dubbel from the tap, brewed in Bruges, was particularly good.
