... been to so many lovely places on our trip but I thought it was a right dump, not pretty at all. We headed for the old city, which was nothing special, for some lunch, which was an experience. We ended up in a restaurant, where we couldn't make head nor tail of the menu. The starter worked out ok, Lasagne, a carbonara and greek salad but the main meal was less succesful, some teriyaki chicken wings (not bad), a coated veal steak (dry and not liked by anyone) and cuttlefish cooked ...

We wandered back through the old town and stopped in the square for lunch before returning to the hotel for siesta.


I was still really keen to find the market we had set out in search of this morning so did some more research and got the actual address this time. I also read about the Mercado de la Ribera, which was said to the largest mall on the planet. So again we set out in search of the markets.

... called 'A Matter of Time’ had massive spirals and warped passages that as you walked through the maze, it tripped out your mind and balance. It was really fun getting in and becoming the art subject.
Most of the other piece on those levels were usually each representing the changes in modern art philosophy and had many of the greats.
