... went out to one of the local saloons for steak night where you can take your own steak for the enormous BBQ's. This is the first time I've ever witnessed what can only be called 'steak envy’. We went up with our steaks, thinking they looked great and really looking forward to eating them and then up comes a local with the biggest steaks I’ve ever seen and slaps them down next to ours and gives us a 'this is how we do steaks in Texas’ grin!
