Oh, and going out at night to get nightshots of the cathedral, we ran into those nice Englishwomen again, only everyone was less drunk this time around, and it was great.


Oh, Kayla, that thing you said about locks. We found some up top on the way to the dome as well :) Almost as awesome as the opportunity to take pictures inside the damn place :)

... The other recipes i tried were a pesto pasta (delicious) a rissoto (amazing) and an egg dish( I could live without). I'll have all the recipes at home when I get back! So good. But tomorrow I'm headed to see David at the Academia! And tonight I'm going out with the girls who knows maybe I'll run into my Jersey Shore friends that THANK GOODNESS Leave next week and I can get on with my visit and they can get a life.... hhaha

... sucked so hard. So enjoy the pictures. It should be pretty clear which ones are pre, during, and post hike.

This week we are doing tone. Yesterday we went to the cloisters of Santa Maria Novella, and today we were in the Pallazo Pitti. I think I'm going to swing by the Uffizi after lunch today, (because I can) and do some more drawing. Sex in the City 2 is playing tonight in the Odion (English Cinema) so I want to have my work done ...
