    Hotel Orange

    from

On arrival at the hotel orange i found the staff very friendly and helpful.

The rooms were immaculate, the maid service was wonderful. The restaurant was superbly clean and the food was good. The pool area was also extremely clean and well maintained. The staff were excellent and very friendly especially to the kids, considering the hotel has a reputation for the older guests they catered well for children although i would have prefered a more varied menu for children.

The hotel was situated in the centre of the entertainment, shops and the beach. The entertainment was ok but could have been better.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Benidorm, and i would most definately go for a return visit.

    No complaints....only the pensioners

    from

just returned from a week in the orange,wow..what a location.right in the action.food was fine, hotel just been refurbished n everythings new in rooms and public areas.only drawback was it was full of the elderly who go to bed at 10pm and get up at 7am.make any noise after 10 at night and boy were they banging on the walls.didnt bother us,we were just going out n coming in between these times, there were a few ruffled feathers from other guests who wanted to sit on there balconies though with a few beers.by the time we were leaving there was a younger crowd around..i couldnt find any fault with the place, really is worth the extra to stay here.even with the pensioners..bless em.

    Great time

    from

very nice hotel just refurbished, food was very good but a bit repetitive.more suitable for older people, even though it is amongst all the bars and clubs

    Terrified of heights

    from

The Orange Hotel is a great place to stay in Benidorm. The food was great, the staff friendly and it is in a good location. The only thing I didn't like about staying there was that we were put on the top floor, I am terrifed of heights, I couldn't sleep too well because I knew I was so high up and I did not go on the balcony or I'm sure I would have passed out. We asked the tour operator for a room on a low floor, obviously, asking for this doesn't mean you will get it and you dont know until you get there if you have or not.

Just wish we had been put on a low floor. I would have enjoyed my stay at the Orange a lot more.

    Fab Hotel

    from

Travelled, First Choice 29-July-2003 Arrived in the middle of the heat wave. The hotel is fully air conditioned. Excellent. The chef and food are international standard. 4 minutes walk to the beach. The hotel entertainment stops at midnight but life then starts outside the hotel doors. Cabaret bars, discos, late night bars. Everything a tourist could want and I am 70. One gripe, the hotel D.J. should get some English and American tapes. Staff were very helpful. Saw some wheelchairs.so the hotel caters for all groups, young old or infirm. Will definitely be back.

Moira and Celia are at their last day of day camp. They've participated in two week long camps from 9am-2pm Monday through Friday. They have been a phenomenal experience. Last week's camp was sponsored by the Museum of Contemporary Art. The theme was "Madrid". They studied Spanish artists through the decades, chose a work to replicate, and got to know the work of the museum. ...

... to material items, but we each only packed a carry on, and every item is precious, especially sleeveless ones for this incredible heat.

I decided we should try to get it back. The girls and I went three floors down and rang the doorbell, but no one was home. We visited about 5 times in 24 hours, and finally someone opened the door. I explained what had happened, and the guy Dan from England checked and saw he saw it on floor six. We began to stalk the ...

For Fuzzy's last night, we hopped around the city drinking,
eating, and chillaxing. One thing we’ve so appreciated about Spain is the
amount of restaurants/cafes that are situated in plazas or right next to a park
for kids to play. This phenomena makes so much sense.

We began at the far end at an Irish bar where they ...

There’s puzzles, a play kitchen, dress up clothes, a tea set which may be formal or may be for play, we don’t ...

... the big one in Pamplona, but these bulls have leashes!) Missed the chaos but got to observe some of the festivities and it was a hoot to stumble upon it ... this happens lots when you travel with Fuzzy.

We love our flat in Alicante - future post coming with details. Here is a view from our balcony.

We've been hitting the beach every day- the Mediterranean sea is warm (hot) and has perfect size waves. Yesterday we purchased an umbrella, ...
