Great Staff! Great Place!

I just cannot say how much I enjoyed staying there. My family and I stayed there for vacation and every single person at the hotel was more than hospitable. I will be sending my friends and families there from now on! The rooms were execellent and the rates are great! I recommend it to anyone.

Excellent Hotel

Beverly Hills Plaza Hotel is very Excellent, the front desk staff are

very nice. Very helpful also the rooms are very nice and the maids

are excellent.

Big time Thieves!

We never even stayed at the hotel and I hate it. We cancelled our reservation at least a month prior to our intended date of arrival and they still charged our card. No bill was sent. We had just disposed of the cancellation number when the charge showed up on our bill. They claim they can't do anything without this cancellation number. It seems to be their standard operating procedure to bill for the room even if it was cancelled and then the burden of proof is on the customer.

Excellent hotel

This hotel was great. Location was perfect, the rooms were big and clean. Stayed there for 4 days in september and was a great setting. Only downside was that the walls were alittle thin. P.S. if you rent a car, park across the street or on a side street otherwise they charge $15 a night

Thieves!!

I booked this hotel for every Tuesday in the month of September and October because of a class in LA. They were running a special through TravelZoo-When my class was cancelled, I called to cancel the reservation-They told me no problem they would take care of it and now I find I am being charged every Tuesday and they will not refund my money. Do not stay here-do not give them your credit card number!!!!

Loved The Hotel!

The staff were really nice. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms and the location of the hotel is very central to shopping.

Beware of credit card charges

The rooms are great but beware of credit card charges these people like to charge u things after u have left.

Didn't Like Beverly Hills Plaza

This hotel rooms are very spacious but it lacked the atmosphere of a nice hotel you think you would find with the name it has. First of all, the layout of the rooms is like a maze (Good Luck finding it) Make sure when they ask if you would like help with your luggage to accept. Nothing like carrying several bags up many different stairs to get to your room. If your going to need a taxi call ahead at least 30 minutes before you need to go. The restaurant/bar is a closet. No room at all. The location is not the best. There is nothing around you can walk to. My experience here was not what I had expected. The pictures on the internet do a lot of justice to the rooms.

Beverly Hills Plaza Hotel!!! A Gem!!

The rooms are beautiful and the hotel is a beautiful retreat. All the hotel staff were extremely accommodating and I had the best time in LA. I highly reccommend this to anyone going to Los Angeles.

HORRIBLE

Beware. These people are theives and the place is crap. First of all, the walls are paper thin. We had to switch rooms it was so bad to a room with no one next to us. Of course we went to a smaller room for the same price. Second, they charged us for another room that we did not use even though they had given us a cancellation number. The refuse to refund the money. Why give us the cancellation number and tell us we were cancelled if you weren't going to refund the money? Why not tell us, and we would have used the extra room. Finally, thwy charged us long distance rates for local calls, until we complained and they removed the charges. THEIVES!
