    ... ended up aiming to the left of the directed bearing - then it boomed in! Nice clean and modern shower block - only 2 of each in the block so it could get crowded peek season. Needed the longer lead for the electric hook up - just meant I could slave off the second point for the heater.     Anyway, we finally got to our hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our evening in Birmingham.

    The next morning saw us returning our hire car and taking the 2.5 hour flight to Malaga. We both loved Spain the last time we visited and made sure that it was back on our list of things to do for this time. Warm weather, paella, friendly Spaniards and more golf courses - what is there not to love?

    As Judy and David head off to work we are up and getting ready to drive south to do the Castle thing! Although we had a brief visit to Cardiff castle, Warwick will be the kids first real castle. Again I am blown away at the cost of entry however I know it is worth it. We start the trekking around the castle and although the weather has turned to custard we have a great day. Before Dudley we lost the number completely and we ended up on a lane which although was two way, you could not fit two cars, we had hedges either side, thank goodness there was no on coming cars.     It was extremely hot 32 Deg and we walked to Nash house where s/pears died. He couldn't leave this to his wife so left it to his bother. He left his wife his second best bed.
