Beach bum life! Today we spent the entire day on the beach. We rented lounge chairs and umbrellas and relaxed. It was a refreshing day. Jayden, the youngest of the group, went crazy between the beach and pool. It was hard to pull him away to get ready for dinner. It was also Michelle's birthday! The family went out to dinner and ice cream to celebrate. After a few of us went out for birthday drinks. We kept it relatively chill since we have an early morning for a day trip to ...

... beach massage. A lovely relaxing setting and the Thai man was very good and worked all those sore back and neck muscles from this tough sailing. Cheeky drinks on board then we headed into town to meet Steve and Ann for dinner in the old town - several bottle of wine later and a few rums we head home at 2am. How did horses and worriers move with all the copper hanging off them. We had no idea that the architecture would be so impressive. It may not be a Paris or Rome, but not fare behind. We only took one side trip to Toledo. A must for anyone in the area. Easy to get to from Madrid by train, only about ...

Our soon to be very good friends Ethan and Sandy had come with us... which made it even more fun. Ethan is sooo bright and full of energy. An able climbing and bug searching partner for Denny. So the boys have there own way of exploring and having fun.

... mud. The most part of his clothes are fairly unmuddied, but his face and glasses are covered. If only the Germans would learn to queue and take their time! The arrogance of this particular group is unsurpassed. I hand him a tissue. He doesn't thank me, nor does the lady who I had grabbed to save her from falling. I think they turn back at this point and retrace their steps. We continue for the further hour it takes to complete the walk. We laugh, and we didn't see the lizard.
