... it was an instrument landing!! It took 2 & 1/2 to travel into the centre of Paris, traffic was horrendous plus I was 3rd drop off of shuttle service. Bern was already at our hotel so it was really nice to catch up - we are sharing a room here in Paris. The forecast for today was even hotter than yesterday, so we decided to spend the day at the Szechenyi Mineral Baths. For about $45 for both of us, we got a private changing room and admission to all facilities. We started with a workout in the gym, which wasn't state of the art but it served its purpose. The next day we did visit the Szechenyi Baths hot pool complex and although we were told to be prepared to be disappointed, we found them clean, pretty, and a a great place to while away an afternoon in hot water and saunas- massage also was popular.
