We needed a place to stay near the airport and the Mall of America. This place was convenient to both, and offered a free shuttle from the airport for my son. The lobby was very nice, and the desk clerks helpful. Rooms were comfortable, although one of our rooms had a burned out light bulb in the bathroom. Management was unable to change it, so they put a lamp in the bathroom, which seemed rather strange. Breakfast (included) was decent, and included hot and cold foods.

So it's 10 pm on the night before we leave for our 3 week European adventure. We are freaking many of our more (shall we say) "organized" friends out that we haven't even started packing yet. The laundry is finishing and Mike just pulled our big suitcases out of the basement (remember those things Karen and Jim?). We are leaving our house and beloved pets in the capable hands of Kaylin and Mitch. Kristy promised she would stop by periodically to pamper our depressed ...

It started out as a sunny day. By the time we got through Chicago and were on our way to Minneapolis, the sunny day had turned to heavy rain, severe thunderstorms, and tornado warnings. It seemed like we were outrunning the storms all day. There was a lot of road construction on I-90 to Rockford and was still raining when we finally got to Minneapolis around 5. We tried to see ...

... with a bit of a summer cold in Minnesota, but he wasn't going to let that stop him enjoying the place. The Mall of America is one big mall. We were a bit taken back, neither Craig and I are really big mall shoppers at the best of times, but Chadstone - you have nothing on this place for size. I mean in the middle of this mall is an entire amusement park for children - roller coasters, rides, climbing apparatus, water rides, you name it they bloody well have ...

So we aren't in Africa today, rather we are at our offices in Minneapolis, but we thought it was about time we started a blog to share information about where we've been, and where we can send travelers! Please take a look at some of the places we've been, a few photos, and so on. It is our hope that seeing all ...
