we had a head wind and storm hitting us the whole way home.

When we arrived home it was raining heavily and when as I started to back the trailer in it hailed.

I turned the water on, put the battery charger on Lesley's car and then turned the hot water on. But I cant get the hot water system to light &*((_%$&*
Now Lesley say's she is cold and wants to put the heater on, we didn't have a heater in the tent.

Continuing the trend of having family and friends come to visit, Dave's parents decided to come over for a couple of weeks!

Dave's boss was having trouble hiring a decent bricklayer so Dave asked his dad if he might be interested working in Perth for a couple of weeks to help out.

We were greeted by a very suspicious dog.

Much to CJ's relief her wild wagtail was still there begging for mealworms..

First thing was to have a good long hot shower and just relax..

well the gauges have been installed at last, its taken 4 weeks to arrive from NSW
the patrol is now fully ready and should last the trip

... so we had to let them trough. Most of them apparently were informed about the party by friends and clearly were thinking that it was just a free 'bushdoof' (some crazy party in the bush where usually a $20 entrance fee is charged).
Somewhere during the night we lost the purple purse (which we used it to collect the entrance donations).
The music didn't stop during the night, but fortunately (as one of the volunteers) my tent near the house so it didn't bother me at ...
