A nice restful day doing nothing, just walking around reading... taking door pics, enjoying the beach. We visited the harbor area, not so good, the glass beach, with very little glass, as people are fond of picking it all up... The weather is cloudy and cool.

Spencer needed to do a lot of work, so its been a nice day.

He was in fine voice, using melody and guitar to lay bare the absurdities of modern culture while celebrating the tender bonds of family, friends and community. He finished with "The Last Thing On My Mind" and who should join him on harmonies but Joan Baez!

Joan Baez is a genuine living legend. She ...

We hit the Avenue of the Giants early and it was like driving into a tunnel. Jst magnificent to see these 2000+ year old tree that have survived so much. Even the fallen ones are awesome to see. So thankfull for the foresight some of our predecessors had to save some of these wonders for us to enjoy. Hope we can preserve something for our grandkids instead of using everything ...
