    Later, I caught Wavy on stage with Tom Paxton retelling tales of MacDougall Street which was choc-o-bloc full of bitter-sweet memories all pleasantly reflected upon in a continuum sense rather than a then and now (we blew it) sense. Both guy's saw the Kate Wolf Festival as passing the torch.

    Still on I80 heading west to Reno. The road follows the Humbolt River and intersects the Truckee River near Reno. Hate interstate driving, althouht it's the only time I can really twist the throttle. Crushing at 80-85 mph and passing at 100mph, and listening to the scream of the engine and my bride.
